- What are the
available online payment options?
M.S.RAMAIAH COLLEGE OF ARTS, SCIENCE AND COMMERCE has availed the service of City
Union Bank and PayU Moneyto offer payment gateway services to
collect payments for fees through various payment options such
as Credit Cards, Debit Cards and Net Banking.
- Can I download the
receipt on a later date?
Yes - You can download the receipt on a later date. In the
website select "Duplicate Bill Generation" option and you can
download the receipt.
- After enter the
transaction password at the bank - an error page is
displayed.What should I do?
Login to your net banking account or call the Customer Service
(PhoneBanking)of your respective bank and check if your bank /
card account is debited. If the amount is already debited -
please don't initiate a transaction again. We will reconcile
the transaction with your bank and update the school records.
You may please re-visit the portal after 48 hours to download
the receipt by selecting "Duplicate Bill Generation". In the
event your bank / card account is not debited - you may please
re-initiate a fresh transaction
- My bank account is
debited whereas my payment is not updated in thewebsite. What
should I do?
Ideally wait for 48 hours from the time to the transaction. If
you still find your transaction not updated. You may contact
M.S.RAMAIAH COLLEGE OF ARTS, SCIENCE AND COMMERCE mentioning the date of
transaction along with Transaction Ref.No and the Transaction
Amount debited to your account.
- What If I get an
error after reaching Payment Gateway?
